Nielsen products are researched, sourced, trialled and tested in the UK through our on-site research and development laboratories. We are committed to ensuring product quality and high levels of customer service for each and every one of our customers. We have tested hundreds of raw materials and blends, resulting in us being able to offer top of the range products that are easy to use. Based in Moira, our manufacturing site is complete with an International Training Academy. We develop and design market leading products in line with current legislation, to ensure that they meet the demands our customers.

£4.50 Flat rate
Free delivery on orders over £50
For larger orders, we may package your items into separate boxes to adhere to shipping regulations. Rest assured; this will not impact your delivery date.
We aim to deliver your order 2-5 days

Returns Policy
Our operating days are: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 9am – 2pm
We endeavour to resolve all returns submissions as quickly as possible. If you wish to make a return, please fill out a ‘returns form’ here and check your inbox for a returns address label and printable return form.
Please note: You will be responsible for covering the return costs of products that are ordered in error or no longer required.
I received the wrong order/ I am missing items
In the event you have been shipped the wrong order, or missing an item, please fill out a ‘returns form’. You will not be expected to return any items that have been delivered in error. A member of the team will follow up and resolve the issue quickly as possible.
My item is damaged
Please note: If the item is damaged, we ask that you DO NOT return the item. Once you have obtained clear images and provided these to us, you may dispose of the item safely.
In the event you have received your order damaged, we ask you to please fill out the ‘returns form’ and provide imagery of the damaged item(s). A member of the team will follow up and resolve the issue quickly as possible.
